Hi, I spotted a pet bird while I was bird watching. Can't find the species online. Wondered maybe your network might know based on description. 

All dark black bird size of a dark eyed junco, small pinkish bill wide finch like size, most striking bright yellow wide wing bar thru middle, bright yellow undertail coverts. I spotted it in a marsh in Brooklyn NYC.
